The responsibility of European Mobility Program is decentralised at UCL. Each Faculty or Department is responsible and depends on the authority of the Vice-Rector for the International Relations and on the one of the Administration of the International Relations.
The Faculties and/or Departments have the power to negotiate and manage the bilateral agreements, they have to check the contain of the courses programs (mainly in terms of equivalence). This work is done in coherence with the UCL institutional politics.
